SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We accept returns/exchanges in the case of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you received damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at supprt@morileaf.com with your order number and image of the damaged item(s). Upon receipt of your email, we will work with you to send a replacement package or refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped with the US Postal Service. Shipping cost is flat rate of $10 for bottled teas and $6 for tea pouches.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your order after 2 weeks, please notify us immediately at support@morileaf.com.
